Giving us a chance to take a break from our day to day life so we can restore ourselves physically and mentally, getting back to a healthier and happier place. Taking some time out reminds us how to enjoy life again, allows us to reset the focus on our work and also results in more harmonious and pleasurable relationships.
Whether you go near or far, taking time out is for you and you only. It will mean your work is more effective, your family see a happier and calmer you, it may also help you to see your personal or professional problems in a different light.
