We are looking for an enthusiastic social media and marketing intern to join our Melbourne office, to learn from the team growing Nutrient Avenue’s brand awareness via social and digital marketing campaigns.

This internship in unpaid, however will help you acquire practical marketing skills and provide you with working knowledge of various marketing strategies.

Our social media and marketing intern would be required to come into the office 1-2 times per week, with flexible scheduling for current students to help work around academic commitments. An opportunity to work remotely/from home would also be available. 

Tasks include

• Engaging with social media accounts daily.
• Assisting with finding, creating + scheduling content for Facebook + Instagram.
• Support overall marketing projects.
• Training in digital copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
• Training in with product listing updates and website copy. 

Candidate attributes

• Detail-oriented, creative individuals who want to create outstanding content.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent English, reading & writing skills.
• Experience with email marketing software (desired but not essential).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign + Illustrator.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Interest in health and wellbeing.

Individuals studying digital marketing, graphic design, health sciences or Naturopathy studies would be particularly suited to this role.
