Her Wardrobe is looking for a full time Customer Experience Specialist with styling expertise to join our small, friendly & hard working team based in St Kilda. 

Our business is one of the fastest growing outfit rental platforms in Australia.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy developing genuine relationships with customers to create a memorable shopping experience that makes them want to come back.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a warm, welcoming and enthusiastic personality
• Really enjoys working in a retail setting and personally styling customers to their individual needs
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced store that demands juggling multiple tasks at any given time
• Embraces the entrepreneurial spirit, and does whatever it takes to get the job done
• Has an understanding and proven track record of meeting store budgets
• Is proficient in stock management and inventory, with an incredible eye for detail
• Has an eye for visual merchandising and is committed to keeping our store spotless
• Has minimum 1 year full time fashion retail experience, working with high end brands
• Can work flexible hours, including Saturdays
